Spot on. I’ve got AppleTV connected to a wonderful set of speakers in my living room. There’s no HomePod going in my living room only to compete with my current setup. And that means no always-on Siri in my open concept living/dining/kitchen area.
That’s a wasted opportunity for Apple and a disappointing inconvience for me. Hopefully they figure that out with the next gen AppleTV.
